Today I'm totally have no mood to work because I'm tired of taking meetings.
Here, we conduct meetings weekly but who am I to complain I'm just doing my duty as a Secretary so shut up and suck em' up!
Guess I have to be patient and execute my job with honesty.
And starting this week I will be back to calorie counting because I can feel my weight is back.
I hate eating rice.
Seriously I do.
They send all the fat to my a$$.
Pffttsss!
Previously, I only eat bread and noodles and rice would be something that I would enjoy only during weekends.
Then I can maintain my weight.

Back to the camp.
Eating is a habit.
So keeping a good eating habit will promote a good health, are you with me?
Most importantly, we can eat what we want to eat.
But we must monitor calories and amount of food that we eat every day.
Like myself, I can only consume 1550 kcal per day.
When I'm writing this entry I already eat as much as 950 kcal 600 kcal so the balance of 600 kcal is for my dinner later.
Wow.
Can u believe that I actually count what I eat today?
Every each one piece of it.
Some experts say that the best way is to keep a diary for food tracking.
If I consume less than 600 kcal for dinner later, and if I can maintain like this everyday I would be most likely to lose 2 pounds in just a week!
Sounds easy good, right?
Recently, our department is practicing the policy to label all the food that being served during any meetings or internal courses.
We put label from coffee to spoons of sugar as a guide.
Then you will know the proper quantities of what you should take daily.
I REALLY MEAN IT!
Phewww.. sounds more work for me.
