Brother has gone to Sri Aman, yet another new chapter in his life before his ordainment as a new priest next April. Hope he is OK. I mean OK with cooking and washing, can I count on y0u brother? Takkanlah tak boleh kannn?? Stakat telor goreng dan maggi tu budak tadika pun boleh buat ekekeke! Susah2 ko bukak jelah tin sardin.

Been eating like pig lately, bila mau diet daa! Last night, my uncle Bernard belanja we all makan stimbot. Dem yami!

The fat palate. Uncle bullied me by placing those chunky slices of big, fat, piece of meat in my plate. Yucksss!

The dinner was actually to celebrate bro. In fact, he was said, really, really sad to leave some of his possessions, especially;

His 'kids', his children. Look at those! He still needs one more display cabinet to place those unpacked figurines in the box. Boys are always boys.

His 'car'. This is his pride and joy. Brother Thad always envies this lil' monster's speed. Yeah, a speed demon in his series.

BACK TO THE BASICS - WE MOVE ON

Friday's nite. Didnt' want to make it as plain as usual. Went to Ling Loong, King Centre to have extra special dinner. Extra special because this is our first outing together after the mourning. The emptiness of feeling, we were actually missing someone who always cheered up the table with his laughter and stupid lame jokes. Now, semuanya tiada lagi. Sedih pun yer jugak tapi tak leh layan lama2 beb.....

DON'T LIE TO KIDS

There was this guy sunbathing in the nude at the beach.
Well, this little girl comes up to him, so he covers his private parts with a newspaper.

The little girl says, 'What's under there?' The man answers, 'A bird.'

The girl goes away and the man falls asleep.

When he wakes up, he is in a hospital and in great pain.
A doctor comes up to his bed and asks, 'What happened?'
The man answers, 'I don't know.
I was at the beach and I fell asleep after talking to a little girl.'

So the doctor tells this to the Police, and they go to the beach to find any witnesses.

When they get there, they see the little girl the man was talking about.
So they ask her if she did anything to the man.

She answers, ' I didn't do anything to the man, but while he was sleeping, I played with his bird.

After a while, it spit at me, so I broke its neck, burned its nest, and smashed all its eggs!'

One more news, my brother, Rodriguez (",) will be reporting duty at St. Luke, Sri Aman on Tuesday. It's the church, not the school OK? So, please support his efforts to serve and spread the words of God to the people of Sri Aman. Amen +

'NGETAS ULIT' - END OF THE MOURNING PERIOD

The 40th day, finally came. So did the mourning period, has come to an end. As usual, Mom's sisters and in-laws were around to give their hands, semangat gotong-royong adalah budaya kita, right?





Alas! The guys were busy installing the roof as extension to the car porch. And not forgetting, they were soaking wet! It was raining heavily during this time. Grabbed my hp and captured this moment.

Well, mostly we had basic things done and accomplished. The food was more than enough for everyone, thanks for your supports in attendance and prayers. *missing you so much, Dad.

The following night, went to Stapok for another occasion. We arrived quite late in the drizzling rain.



Well, the best thing about being a latecomer, you have chance to sit outside, facing the banquet table. (",) tsk...tak..



.... and freely talking to strangers without 'shhhh' sound warning you to shut up! There you can see my brother with my uncle. The rest? I dunno them. :p

HARI INI HARI JUMAAT!

Dang! Wrap up for the week. Mau crita apa ya? OK. Damn. Dunia makin berubah since makcik menjajah tanah jajahan kami. Cheh. Rasa royalty gittteew. Secondly, this weekend would be quite a havoc for us, beginning tonight.

Since Pak Engku left, office terasa sunyi but it's OK. Sometimes I feel his presence in the office and whenever I think about him, I would think about my dad. I miss dad's phone calls. How I wish that I didn't delete all his SMS and keep it instead. Luckily, I have my baby lappy with me, so it's movie time while working. Don't you get it? PC monitor before me and my mini Acer will be on my right hand side. Kinda distracting but heck, at least it prevents my face from bumming on my keyboard.

Tomorrow night. 40th days of daddy's passes. There will be prayer and dinner held tomorrow night at my mom's place, so Miss Coki will be rocking the kitchen, again! OK people, I'm shuddering in the coldness as now it's raining heavily outside. Brrrr!! Been thinking of what to do tonite and tomorrow. Won't be sleeping at Mom's place as usual, there's no place for me to sleep when my aunt comes together with all her kids. Hey, I need space to take bath and getting dressed. +_+

GABBY'S PONDERS

One night, I was folding a basketful of laundry and watching 'My Best Friend's Girl' at my lappy when Gabby suddenly pointed at one scene where Kate Hudson and Dane Cook, naked but covered, smooching on the bed so she said,

Gabby: Ewww.... I don't like that.


Me: Don't like what? (Pretending).


Gabby: For not putting on shirt, I will get tummy ache while sleeping. Masuk angin.

Me: Hahahaha!!!

5 minutes later ... While flipping thru my 'Malaysians Women Weekly Magazine', she suddenly popped me with this statement.

Gabby: Mama, do you know your April's magazine? At downstairs?

Me: Aha, why?

Gabby: Well, you don't read it anymore do you? I read the cover, the topic so boring.

Me: What did it say?

Gabby: Hmm.. it said, "WHY WOMEN REFUSE TO HAVE SEX"!!

Me: WhOOOAAAttt?????!!! *+_+

Well, be ready if your kiddos asking you funny questions. When you have no ideas to answer, please distract them and focus on something else. Hahahah!

IN THE MIDST OF BOREDOM

Eww eeww eeww! I felt guilty going to work today as my day was not productive as always. Ceh! Rasa mok gi MBO nangga wayang pun ada, rasa mok keroke pun ada juwak. Anyway, mentally aku masih sik stabil. Banyak benda gik ngaco ngan ngereco lam palak. <--- kaka Sarawak indah aie?


Malas ku jah. Mohar rasa nyawa, nunggu bonus, berik RM500.00, syukur deng.... gambar tok tiada kaitan langsong. Tok masa opis mek urang molah fire drill bodoh. Aku tek masang angan² mok jadi Super Hero, ngetok pintu bilit yang konon² disangkak terbakar. Lekak ya adalah sorang PTD opis mek urang alu nganok aku, "Kamu orang tidak pernah buat fire drill kah???" K*m*k wak kauu. "Choy lah!!" kataku lam ati. Nyumpah aie.

Farmville. Bekebun tapi sik bepeloh. Jarik jah peloh, voleyy?

Boss takde di ofis, travelling OK? Boss sekda mek urang kejeron juwak main pesbuk. So what? Kereja dah abis bah. Layan tipon, amik nota tapi mah nar wak nyawa nunggu jam 5:30 p.m. so ahkak chow awal. Choy sik?

Anyway, perut ku malar jak lapar koooo.. ginei lah tuk? Stok oat pun dah abis, esok ku ngugak tin di rumah keh?

REWARDS PROGRAMME - CREDIT CARD'S PREDATOR

I have written in this blog previously, how annoying it is to receive calls from credit card or rewards or privilege company, didn't I? Ahh, just forget about it. OK. This afternoon whilst defragmenting my sister's laptop, I received a call from a Maxis number. Perhaps it was from one of my friends. It was from one gentleman who sounded so politely, telling me that I'm entitled for some offers or rewards, whatever you wanna call it.

He excitedly introduced himself as a Sarawakian oiiii, after he found out that I am a Sarawakian too. He was confused with my IC middle code that carries a West Malaysian code, yes, I was born in Ipoh, Perak. OK, jangan lari topik. Mula-mula bukan main cakap ini free, itu free, itu 10 minit pertama. Antara offers yang boleh menyebabkan iman kita cair when he said, kalo pegi hotel for Christmas Buffet just pay for 5 pax and dapat free for another 5 pax. I told myself, satu orang kalo buffet Christmas plus tax mau2 makan RM80++, kalo 5 pax?? = RM 400!!! RM400 which I can feed satu rumah anak yatim plus beli hampers for them some more! And I will get penginapan free at Impiana KLCC and plus some discounts for hotels in Peninsular Malaysia. Hello??? Do I look like someone who goes on vacation every month??? Ini dialog biasa, OK? Sila hafal. :p Lepas tu, tanpa mintak izin terus tanya adakah alamat kita betul, adakah nombor kad kredit kita betul. Kemudian they will say the best part,

“cuma dengan satu kali potongan untuk 13 bulan sebanyak RM498 puan akan menikmati semua kemudahan ini!”

Hahahahhaa..., that bloody stupid fellow pulak memang stupid. Pastu boleh tanya pulak my credit numbers? I told him, I could only memorize the last digits. So? He asked me again how many credit cards do I have so I said I have only one. OK. He told me to get my card, he was willing to wait. I told him ( aku lagi pandai OK? ) that I was at my Mom's place so I was using another purse. Dia lagi pandai OK? He instructed me to call my house and asked anyone to get my card. Bullshit. I lagi pandai pandai dan pandai OK? I told him there was nobody at home. Hahahhaha.. ambik kau. Kalau nak nuntut ilmu pembohong pembelit putar alam dan sebagainya, haaa inilah expert dan pakarnya. Bodoh piang! Last2 what did I tell him, just wait, I'll be at home by 5:00 p.m. Case closed.

I know some of you out there come across with this kind of calls and I have received them twice this week! They can be as desperate they could be like this fellow.... tsk..tsk..

So my dear readers, please repeat my action whenever this kind of call arrives at your phone. Be prepared.

One Wednesday's afternoon, after lunch @ 2:15 p.m.

Boss: "Weiii, I smell French Fries! You ordered McD kahhhh????"

Aku: No lah, where got.. *kontrol ayu. (Orang tengah kebulur makan oat dan Vico, pulak tu tengah membayangkan diri ini menelan 3-4 bijik Double Cheeseburger, cissss!!)

"NO. I am NOT eating them, I am actually sniffing them"

I didn't have rice for lunch pulak on Wednesday. Purposely memang kekdahnya gitu pulak tu baru je 2 hari telan nasi bagian dada baju aku sendat ler pulok. Macam nak meletop baju aku tang dada walhal baru je pakai cup D *omg what a confession. Sometimes, I hate myself for being entahlah. Feel like my metabolism dah 'OFF'. Matilah button rosak katanya. Some people, 3 straight days tak makan nasik dah longgar seluar, skirt, blouse, spentot jangan cakaplah kan? tsk..tsk...

"I WUZ SANDWICHED pfftzstt!!!!"

Teeheehee... My aunt suggested that I try makan pil perancang ler pulak pasal dia macam penggalak hormon sikit. I am now thinking about that when I see myself begitu cepat putting on weight!! Never mind, we'll just see these few days whether I want to try or turn down her suggestion.

But deep inside of me, I must change and I am not doing this becos I nak cantik bagai nak rak or what.so.ever.f*ck*ng.the.reasons.are..

I'm doing it as a dedication to my late father.....

Have faith in me my dear readers, I have faith no more in liposuction, teh cirit birit, losyen pencair lelemak, slimming to-die-for lingerie, fibre drinks and bars, soap, surgery etc. I wanna go naturally.

SLEEPY MODE

Am still questioning my eyes yang datang bulan agaknya. When I go to sleep early, I would feel very, very sleepy the next day but when I stay up late, I will feel so fresh the next day. Is that the side effect of global warming? tsk..tsk..

I am just making assumption during our bereavement my sleeping habit juge berubah. Aku pun tatau. Tidur itu cuma satu keperluan agaknya. Bukan benda yang penting sangat. Talking about ngantuk, my girl yang gemok gebu itu came to my room on Monday morning. She didn't go to school becos of All Souls Day. I told her to continue her sleep but she refused and sat on the couch waiting for me getting ready to go to work.

Kroohhh..krooohh..zzzzzz... (Tetap cantek walaupun mengantok..)

WED.NES.DAY

Back on the track!

This week really makes my head spinning. Semalam pun aku terlentok atas sofa, exhausted gila kau. Bangun pagi pulak kelaparan, tokey Kolok Mee port biasa aku makan boleh 2x lupa dengan order aku minggu ini, apa kes? So I told hubby to reject/cancel my order for Kolok Mee and grabbed a packet of Nasi Lemak. Bagus. Buat sakit hati pun ada. Punyalah besar size badan takkan boleh lupa order aku kot?

Office pulak, I have no comment at all. I have predicted things are gonna be as expected. 7:30 a.m. whilst people still inside their cars on the way to work, my boss pulak melalak² meroyan sebab pintu tak dibukak lagi. Workloads takyah citer. Kau tengok jerk gambar kat atas tu sudah. Gambar no. 3 ada beg mekap dan cermin muka jadi sila abaikan. Kau dah tau aku kan seketeri jadi cermin itu adalah sahabat sejatiku untuk touch up sambil menampal cacat cela muka seperti parut, jerawat dan pigmentasi.

Siapa ada petua/nasihat untuk pigmentasi?

Mak aku kata guna aje Fair & Lovely, sudehhhh....
